This survey is industry sector specific. Only individuals who are legally employed by contract research organizations (CROs) can participate to this survey.

Sweepstakes Rules And Regulations
1. Eligibility:
1.1 The sweepstakes is open to individuals who are legally employed by a contract research organization and are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
1.2 Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family members of Outbound Pharma and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, and promotion agencies are not eligible to participate.
2. Entry Period:
2.1 The sweepstakes entry period begins on August 15th 2023 and ends when the 50th participant has submitting the form ("Entry Period").
3. How to Enter:
3.1 To enter the sweepstakes, participants must complete the following steps during the Entry Period:

Complete the survey form with accurate and complete information, including name, email address, and any other required fields.

Click the "Submit" button to finalize the entry.
3.2 Limit one entry per person. Multiple entries will result in disqualification.
4. Winner Selection:
4.1 The first 50 participants who will successfully submit eligible entries during the Entry Period will be selected as potential winners.
4.2 Winners will be notified by email within 30 days of the end of the Entry Period.
5. Prize:
5.1 One of the first 50 winners will receive a gift card of $300 .
5.2 Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.
6. Winner Verification and Claiming Prize:
6.1 Potential winners will be required to respond to the winner notification email within 30 days of the notification date. Failure to respond within the specified time period will result in disqualification and the selection of an alternate winner.

6.3 Upon verification of eligibility and completion of all required documents, the prize will be awarded to the winners.
